Kodama IME (the "Software") is provided by Kodama & Company, Inc.
("Kodama") free of charge under the following terms. By installing or
using the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. Use

   You may install and use the Software on any number of computers, for
   personal or business purposes, free of charge.

2. Redistribution

   You may redistribute the Software, including its installer package,
   provided that all of the following conditions are met:

   a. The Software is distributed in its original, unmodified form,
      including this license and the copyright notice.
   b. No fee or other consideration is charged for the Software itself.
   c. You do not represent the Software as your own or imply that Kodama
      endorses your distribution.

3. Third-Party Dictionaries

   The Software includes dictionary data from third parties: the Mozc
   open source dictionary and the Mozc UT dictionaries. Each is licensed
   under its own terms (BSD 3-Clause, Apache License 2.0, CC BY-SA, GNU
   GPL 2.0 or public domain), listed with its source in "About Kodama
   IME" and in Kodama IME.app/Contents/Resources/Mozc/CREDITS.txt, with
   the full license texts in the same folder. Those terms govern that
   data, and nothing in this license limits the rights they grant.

4. Ownership

   Except for the third-party data described in section 3, Kodama retains
   all rights, title and interest in the Software. This license grants no
   rights to Kodama's trademarks.

5. No Warranty

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

   IN NO EVENT SHALL KODAMA BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
   FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER
   DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

   This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of
   its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the
   Software.

8. Governing Law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United
   States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
