kTerm (the "Software") is provided by Kodama & Company, Inc. ("Kodama")
free of charge under the following terms. By installing or using the
Software, you agree to these terms.

   You may install and use the Software on any number of computers, for
   personal or business purposes, free of charge.

2. Redistribution

   You may redistribute the Software, including its disk image, provided
   that all of the following conditions are met:

   a. The Software is distributed in its original, unmodified form,

   b. No fee or other consideration is charged for the Software itself.

   This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of
   its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the
   Software.

7. Governing Law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United
   States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
